Nordic Ware designated November 15 as National Bundt Pan Day. This day signifies the time just before the Thanksgiving holiday in which most of the baking that occurs for the year begins. It reminds us to get our kitchens ready for the holiday baking season by making sure we have all our recipes lined up and ready to bake.
So what's your favorite bundt cake. I would have to say that one of my favorites and easiest is this one:
Kahlua Cake
1 Box Devil’s Food cake mix
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
½ cup brewed coffee
4 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup Kahlua
2 cups chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased Bundt pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. (Cooked mine 45 minutes. Be sure & check.)
